Preparation

Place everything in a blender and blend on high speed until very smooth. Scrape down the blender, taste and adjust the sweetness as needed.

Pour into little cups and let sit in the fridge until thoroughly chilled and firmed up slightly, at least 1 hour. Enjoy!
